If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we guarantee a free replacement or full refund. Follow these steps within 7 days of delivery

  1. After verification, we send a replacement free of charge. Return shipping for proven defects is covered by US Royal Honey LLC.

 

Step-by-Step Return Instructions

Do not send items without a valid RMA number. Follow these steps to keep your return fast and clean.

    1. Contact Support via Contact Us to request an RMA. Tell us if the item is sealed or opened.

Once you have your RMA, package items securely. Items must match the condition allowed by the policy.

Write the RMA number clearly on the box and ship with tracking. Customer pays return shipping for “Change of Mind” returns.

Full Policy & Financial Details

Due to health and safety standards, the following items are never eligible for return or refund once shipped:

  • Consumable liquids/gels: lubricants, gels, creams, oils, sprays.
  • Final sale items: clearance or items marked Final Sale.
